What's it really like to live with eczema?

Have you ever wished you could tell the people who research, develop & regulate
treatments for eczema what's most important to you?
The first-of-its-kind initiative for eczema did just that!
Picture
On September 23, 2021 the first patient-focused drug development (PFDD) meeting dedicated to eczema was held September 23, 2021 near Washington, D.C. People living with eczema and those who care for and about them were invited to share their experiences with the people who research, develop, and regulate treatments for eczema.

Five organizations serving the eczema community joined together to make sure FDA staff, drug and medical device developers, and other stakeholders heard directly from people living with eczema about the many burdens of the condition and the treatment outcomes that matter most to them.
